Trained as a Sivananda yoga teacher, my classes are available for adults, adults with learning difficulties and children. They are suitable for all levels and combine asanas (postures), pranayama (breath control), deep relaxation and meditation. Private one to one tuition is available which is tailored to your specific needs. I also practice as an Ayurvedic Yoga Therapist focusing on asanas (postures), which work with your constitution and help to reduce imbalances.
